Due to confidentiality agreements, I’m unable to showcase key processes related to information architecture, menu optimization, purchase flows, or strategic decision-making. Instead, I present a selection of final UI screens.
All design decisions were based on performance analytics, user behavior data, brand guidelines, and corporate language. The platform also includes a comprehensive and up-to-date design system, which I’m not permitted to share publicly.

While all plans are fully customizable, five preconfigured standard options are offered to simplify the selection process, based on the most frequently chosen configurations by users. To support this, I designed a tab interface that allows users to switch between standard and manual configuration modes.
Additionally, this year more powerful and updated machines were introduced, resulting in a pricing adjustment. To distinguish between regular and high-performance (Performance) servers, a toggle was added for easy comparison and selection.
Domains
Each domain has a dedicated page designed to streamline the purchase process, provide detailed information, and enable specific configurations aimed at enhancing search engine optimization. This structure improves the user experience by offering clarity throughout the flow and reinforcing SEO from the very beginning.
Contact
We identified that many users were contacting technical support to solve basic issues, creating an unnecessary operational load. This situation posed two key problems: the support team lacked the capacity to handle all the simple queries, and the platform already provided comprehensive self-service resources such as manuals, guides, tutorials, and blog content. To address this, we added prominent links to these resources within the contact page, encouraging users to find a solution independently before reaching out to support.
